2. Services Offered
Foxnet provides printing, branding, signage, and stationery supply services. All products are made or sourced to customer specifications as per quotations or website listings.
3. Orders & Quotations
All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
Orders are confirmed only once payment or proof of payment is received.
Custom or branded items are non-refundable once approved for production.
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on workload or material availability.
4. Payments
Payments must be made via EFT or other accepted methods listed on our invoice.
Work will only commence upon receipt of proof of payment.
Foxnet reserves the right to suspend or cancel services for unpaid or overdue accounts.
5. Delivery & Collection
Delivery fees apply unless otherwise agreed.
Foxnet is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors.
Clients are encouraged to inspect all goods upon receipt.
6. Artwork & Approvals
Clients must review and approve all artwork proofs before printing.
Foxnet will not be liable for any errors, spelling mistakes, or design issues once approval is given.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cancelled before production may be eligible for a partial refund.
Custom printed items cannot be refunded once production begins.
Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7 working days.
8. Limitation of Liability
Foxnet shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or indirect costs resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, images, and designs on foxnet.co.za are the property of Foxnet Printing & Stationery Supplies and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
10. Changes to Terms
Foxnet may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
